IDEABOND HFR high fire retardant aluminum composite panel is a kind of panel made of fireproof plastic core between two layers of aluminum surface, which is a kind of construction material with strict environmental protection requirements, due to the use of fireproof plastic core, the panel can reach B1-HFR grade through HFR performance test of GB/T8624-2006/2012, and pass ASTM-E84 standard class A in USA and European EN135 fire test.

The core material of HFR Grade fire retardant ACP sheetuses flame-retardant substances such as MG0H, NAOH and PE polymer, in which DuPont's high performance coupling agent is used, that is, it plays an efficient fireproof performance, but also easy to form and process. 

2、Super weather resistance

PVDF coating based on HYLR5000 or KYNAR500 has unique advantages in terms of corrosion resistance, pollution resistance and weather resistance. It does not damage the beautiful appearance in hot sunshine or cold wind and snow.

3、Ultra-high peeling strength
