IDEABOND 9980 TWO-PART STRUCTRAL SILICONE SEALANT is a two-part, neutral cure, high temperature cure structural silicone sealant. 

Characteristic
IDEABOND 9980 product has an excellent adhesive ability to most construction materials. It has Good features as follow:
a. Two-part, easy extrusion, good performance when used at temperature scope from 5℃ to 30℃, relative air humidity scope from 35% to 75%.
b. Neutral cure, high strength, high flexibility, suitable for most construction materials.
c. Excellent adhesion to most construction materials without primer.
d. Excellent weather resistant and stability, no corrosion for metal, coated glass, aluminium products, ceramics, concrete, steel and stainless steel.

Where to use
IDEABOND 9980 is special for structural adhesion for curtain wall.

Use limitations
IDEABOND 9980 is not fit for structural usage. It should NOT be applied in the following conditions:
a. should not be used on frosted or wet surface
b. To all materials that bleed oils, plasticizers or solvents, and green or partially sulfur zed gaskets or tapes, etc.
c. For continuous immersion in water or below-grade applications all the year.
d. Not suitable to be applied under the temperature of over 40℃or below 4℃.

Colors
A-part white color, B-part black color, black color after mixed.

Packing
A-part in 185L steel drum. B-part in 19L plastic drum.

Storage and usable life
A-part and B-part separately stored at dry and airy, 27℃ or lower temperature conditions in the original unopened container.
Shelf life: 9 months from the date of manufacture
