IDEABOND 9960 TWO-PART INSULATING GLASS SILICONE SEALANT is a two-part, neutral cure, high temperature cure silicone sealant.
 
Characteristic
IDEABOND 9960 product has an excellent adhesive ability to most construction materials. It has Good features as follow:
a. Two-part, neutral cure, high temperature cure, easily used, mix A-part and B-part when used in certain percentage.
b. Excellent durability of high and low temperature, ozone and ultraviolet rays.
c. Excellent weather resistant.
d. Excellent adhesion and good consistency.
 
Where to use
IDEABOND 9960 is suitable for sealing and assembling insulating glass, but can’t be used as structural sealant.
 
Use limitations
IDEABOND 9960 is not fit for structural usage. It should NOT be applied in the following conditions:
a. To all materials that bleed oils, plasticizers or solvents, and green or partially sulfur zed gaskets or tapes, etc
b. For continuous immersion in water or below-grade applications all the year.
c. Not suitable for structural usage. 
 
Material feature
IDEABOND 9960 can keep good viscous degree and can easily extrude at -25℃ to 50℃.
 
Colors
A-part white color, B-part black color, Mix A-part and B-part in rate 10:1 when used, the color is black after mixed.
 
Packing
A-part in 185L steel drum in 23℃.B-part in 18/5L plastic drum.
Or A-part in 18/5L plastic drum. B-part in 300ml plastic cartridges, 8 cartridges / carton.
 
Storage and usable life
 
A-part and B-part separately stored at dry and airy, 27℃ or lower temperature conditions in the original unopened container.
 
 
Shelf life: 9 months from the date of manufacture.
