Description
IDEABOND 8600 MILDEWPROOF SILICONE SEALANT is a one part, neutral curing sealant specifically designed for the sealing of sanitary fittings, including baths, showers, sinks, urinals and ceramic tile joints. It is mildew and fungus resistant.

Characteristic
a. Can be easily used and extruded any time.
b. Superior mildew-proofing, keep pleasing to the eyes and sanitary in conditions of dark and high humidity.
c. Excellent contact change and extrusion ability, in any air temperature (-40℃　to 100℃) can extrude easily.
d. Excellent adhesion to most building materials.

Where to use
IDEABOND 8600 is fit for fixing up and sealing all kinds of kitchen utensil and sanitary equipment with weatherproofing and mildew proofing, like baths, showers, sinks, urinals and ceramic tile joints.

Use limitations
IDEABOND 8600 is not fit for structural usage. It should NOT be applied in the following conditions:
a. To all materials that bleed oils, plasticizers or solvents, and green or partially sulfur zed gaskets or tapes,
b. In totally confined space (Silicone sealant need the water in the air to cure)
c. For continuous immersion in water or below-grade applications all the year.
d. To painted surfaces, may cause seal failure as the paint cracking or paint stripping.

Storage and shelf life
